Given the error codes i feel it would be wise to run full hardware tests on the system
As arc mentioned memtest is an important one and needs to be run overnight for many passes to be sure http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html i know you mentioned running it before but how many passes/how long did you run it for
Also HD checks would be good http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html and Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure using something like SeaTools | Seagate
and a general system stress test http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-hardware-stress-test-prime95.html to load up the cpu but again monitor temps at all times while running and dont leave unattended

If you have installed any special keyboard software, uninstall it while testing. Software from Netropia Corp is a known cause of BSODs on some systems. Also carry out all the hardware tests prescribed.

Okay! So all of your wonderful help actually fixed my computer for quite some time (or so it seemed), but recently my computer has been having BSOD again. Mostly with the IRQL not less or equal error again, but I'll let you take a peek at my crash logs and see if we can figure out the problem

RAM (memory) test:

This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.

Okay the BSOD's stopped, but then they finally came back and now windows won't go past the "Starting Windows" screen, iut jsut freezes there. Startup repair won't run, and I ran memtest and got errors. Attempting to isolate the bad stick now.

A bad motherboard can cause any type of issues. All issues are justified for it.

Here's some choices for you:
Newegg.ca - Computer Hardware, Motherboards, AMD Motherboards, AM3+, AMD, AMD 970
Foxconn isn't a reliable brand but your may still be under warranty if you'd want to try that route.

You might have a look in your BIOS, Hardware section and see what volts are shown for 12V, 5V, and 3.3V. Try setting the BIOS to defaults, usually pressing F5 then save changes will do it.
