Solved Use of hyperlink in email reply

Using Outlook V10, adding hyperlink to an original message works fine. When I do a reply, inserting a hyperlink sometimes works. And for some message replies, the formatting and hperlink icons are not available. Is there an explanation for this?

I think it depends on the format being used for replies. I know that there are times where some e-mails are sent in Plain Text and this results in no formatting available at all for a reply because Outlook detects the Plain Text format and uses it automatically because the recipient may not have the ability to read e-mails in Rich Text or HTML. So if Hyperlinking isn't available, then check the format.
