Contrabardus, looks good. I have never played skyrim. I have always favored FPS...but those screenshots like others have posted make me think I might give it a shot one day.

Day late, but...

Those screen shots of Skyrim really don't do the game justice as there are some really nice areas of the game that are like WOW! Especially with some of the lighting and special effects.

These are even more impressive seeing them in game than screen shots here....

Graphically, Skyrim looks damn good. Especially if you install the game's optional High Resolution Texture Pack - Skyrim High Resolution Texture Pack

Does Grid 2 have any other view modes for the player apart from that abominable 'kiddie-kar' view in the screen-shots?

I do know it has no 'in-cockpit' mode, but is there 'bonnet-cam' or 'bumper cam'? If not, could be a game-breaker.

I really can't understand why the driver-viewpoint view shown is so popular. It's probably the worst option of all for control. Or realism.

I think there is a user created mod to add a cockpit view back into the game. I don't have Grid 2, so I'm not sure how good it is. I don't understand why it's not currently present though. Cockpit view is so much more enjoyable in driving games, and much better when using a steering wheel to play.

It has an over the bonnet view and there is somebody working on a cockpit view as Everlong said but it's not finished as they're having issue's with the res of the image's i think. Work In Progress | RaceDepartment Forums

No probs :)
It's a pretty good game to have a laugh with your mates but one thing that really does my nut in is the ingame com's. Constantly transmitting your voice is rediculous and really needs to be removed. Yes you can disable voice coms once in the main game lobby but untill then you hear everything from everyone ingame, all at the same time. Especially when somebody is playing through speaker's. Then there is the minimum volume of 50% wtf! yuo can't turn it down enough to hear ya mates on Teamspeak :( Epic fail on com's.

Just started a new Imperial Female for a heavily modded play through of Skyrim.

Some screen shots of the textures Im using. A Mix and Match of several packs.

I haven't really been anywhere yet so all I have ATM. This play through has no fast travel allowed, except by carriage.

Also, using ACE, DUEL Combat, and Phitts Alchemy/Food to name a few for game play.
No health regen. Have to use heal spells or potions. Potions heal over time and do not stack, so no spamming heal pots.
Food offers short duration buffs, or Regen. Works well. because some food may offer a Health regen of 10 or 15%. But with 0 regen, those foods regen health very, very slowly. And not that much of it. So while a little helpful, its just not good for using food as a healing source.

This combined with Frostfall w/WEAR, makes things a lot more challenging IMO.
