keep getting a 0xc000000e boot error after factory restore on dell lap

I replaced bad hard drive on a Dell Inspiron laptop, was able to create boot disks so did a complete factory install, after first boot is where I get the boot error, and only way to fix to get back to windows is with a MS win7 boot disk and let it do any automatic boot repair.

Now I can get to windows but have lost the factory "F8" repair my computer prompt, tried the AutoSetupfailover.cmd found in this thread http://www.sevenforums.com/backup-restore/158549-restoring-vista-windows-7-laptop-2.html#post1363810 after changing the recovery partition to give it a drive letter D:, got the factory restore "F8" back, but when I try it, it just boots into windows.

Any help would be appreciated!

The recovery disc has bloatware that isn't needed .

I use the DVD - easier ste the BIOS to boot from optical put in the DVD and the Save and exit - install and then activate with the sticker code on your machine

yea well doing this for a friends daughter, so I need to get it back to factory spec, what I don't understand is why the boot sector is getting trashed after the first run of windows?

I am using the factory disks and it appears to work as it should the first time it boots, then I get the error and have to repair the boot sector to get back to windows. after that I need to get the F8 working again, which is where I am at.

You press F8 to accept the EULA (if you install by booting off the disk), are you using a USB keyboard ? did you enable Legacy USB Support (allows rudimentary USB support prior to loading Windows and the normal USB device drivers) or use a PS/2 keyboard to use during the initial installation.

factory disks don't have the option to do much other than to recover with or without backing up the changed files. I am puzzled as to why it will boot one time after the factory disk and that is it,

I get to the desktop, there is a popup that says you have to restart for changes to take affect. after that it looks like the boot partition gets munged as when I run the repair disk, it shows the windows partition is 0?

run the repair, and it will boot to windows, but no longer the recovery partition.
