Solved Can't password protect my Screensaver

Can't seem to use a password with a screensaver, I want to do this for security reasons, but doesn't seem to work, I mean I can use a screensaver, but not with passcoded protection :/

A bit clueless on what to do, any help is appreciated, thanks.

You may have a policy set. You might see if using an option in the tutorial below may be able to help enable the screen saver password for you. I'd check Option Three first to see if that is the issue.

Thanks, the option was already on Not Configured, I tried Option 2 to Enable Screen Saver Password Protection for All Users but that didn't work either :/

In that case, you may have a stray registry entry. Use the Find and Find Next feature in the Registry Editor to search for any ScreenSaverIsSecure string values found with a data value of 1 or 0. If any are found, then delete it from the right pane of regedit, and keep searching until finished.

Afterwards, restart the PC to apply.

Found 4 registry keys and deleted them, restarted and messed around with gpedit/regedit configurations from this tutorial;

Odd. As a test, does it work in another account?

If not, then you might see if doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this option was disabled to see if it may help.

Still doesn't resolve the issue, I think it may be because of the LastPass Program I recentally installed, it is quite buggy anyway, guess I'll just stick to the web extension if the issue clears upon removal.
