What's for Breakfast ?

didn't have anything for breakfast .. we are fasting. It starts from 5 in the morning and we break it at 7:30 in the evening. The only thing i want for now is a glass of water.

Today I had 4 home made Cheese Scones, 2 with Smart Balance Light spread on them and 2 with Morningstar Hot and Spicy Veggie Patties served with 9 McCains baked Potato Smiles

Followed by my one and only coffee of the day. Fairly low carb, low in fat and yummy.

I have a mix of pills, washed down with 8 oz of Polyethylene Glycol and water(yum).

Then mix Kashi and Bear Naked cereal's with strawberries and blueberries.

Scrambled egg, slice of ham, fried, 1 biscuit with cream gravy , a sliced tomato, vitamines, a hand full, OJ 8 oz.glass,
1 biscuit, buttered , the real kind, and applesauce .
I was all ready for today.

Having pneumonia and a bad stomach from the antibiotic for this last week my breakfast consists of a banana, cream of rice, lunch, non dairy yogurt, dinner, white rice, hopefully next week I can start adding more back

It's 5AM here, and I just looked up from my laptop realizing that I've been working all night>_> Time for breakfast I guess. I'll be having a soft boiled egg with a few slices of toast, and a carton of milk and a few liters of coffee to go with that. I'll have real breakfast when the sun is up in three hours.
