Hello.

My uncle came to my place, and his GF seems to use my WIFI (that I don't mind..)
But.. Her phone seems to be very hard on my internet, I can't watch a livestream at 360p (previously i was able to watch 720/1080p).

I think her phone has some crappy wifi reciever or something (seriously high packet loss..?) but what I'm here for is to know how to kick her off my wifi.. My router is TeleWell-EA510v3

I want to make sure its her phone that is eating all and every piece of my internet and killing my ping (from 60 to 400) since she's at my place.. Also I don't feel like asking her to disconnect since it would not be cool.. :zip:
Thanks..

You would have to access at the homepage of your router and list the material connected and remove it...but it might connect again unless you blacklist the connected device you want off (she might not know she has been blacklisted, just can't connect to your router anymore...not so cool also :().

You could also set up mac address filtering to prevent them from connecting to your wireless or the QOS engine could be used to limit the bandwidth of this one client.

Got any links with more information about this option sounds like sweet music to my ears ;)

Here is the manual. I'm not reading it, but you can explore your options from there. I would just blacklist her MAC if you can't do anything more granular than that. It sounds harsh but it's your network and bandwidth.
