Today was leftover day; so I had half a glass of OJ, half a carton of milk, sadly no coffee a bit of yoghurt with some apple in it and bowl of oathmeal with water and Whey. And I guess that today is Whey day, because I need to empty the canister and it's still 3/4th full-.-

The below dish is called Amritsari Kulcha, a very famous breakfast item in North India.

Its basically all purpose flour stuffed with onions, cheese, boiled and smashed potatoes and some other spices. Once its stuffed, it is then baked. Its served with Chickpeas (also with curd or pickle) and some butter on the kulcha. That's it.

Its basically all purpose flour stuffed with onions, cheese, boiled and smashed potatoes and some other spices. Once its stuffed, it is then baked. Its served with Chickpeas (also with curd or pickle) and some butter on the kulcha. That's it.

Looks good to me but I can't handle the onions.
