Spilled about 1l of water on my entire laptop...
I wiped water from it, and turned it on. The only parts that don't work: Mouse, Keyboard.
What should I do?
P.S: In the BIOS the keyboard works(and other stuff before the OS actually loads)

First and foremost ...... are you SURE everything is dry inside? I spilled about a half glass of water on mine last winter and it was a couple of hours before it was dry enough for me to even try it. In my case I was lucky as everything was fine. Have you tried a system restore to a point before this happened? (I know I know... but simple things first.) An sfc/scannow will check for corrupted/bad system files and possibly repair them, have you tried that? Heres a link to a tutorial on how to do that : http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

If you ever spill liquid on your laptop several things need to be done at once, so practice them now to the amusement of as many observers as possible: turn it over while holding the power button down, while also pulling the power cable, then quickly pull the battery out. Keep the power button held for awhile after battery is out to drain residual power.

Hopefully before any liquid gets to the circuits you will have drained power. Then leave it upside down with the keyboard flat against the table top with lid open hanging over. Only move it to change towels underneath. You need to leave it this way until it dries out.

Sometimes a laptop will not start back up for days, months and years if it gets wet. I had one which took a year after coffee was spilled on it. A friend had one that took 3 years.

What I've never done is attempt to clean it up inside. That would take more research.

your laptop isn't waterproof. there is likely water in it. Powering it on is NOT a good idea as water could short circuit stuff and destroy it. I generally leave water-spilled devices in an airtight bag with a desiccant for a day or two if I cannot open them.

Was discarded by previous owner due to "horrible performance".
Was running Win Xp from a IDE drive. Yeah. Was a pain.
SATA II drive and Win7 and it zips away! Yay!

I would also blow compressed air through all the ports - LOTS of air. Open the CD drawer and even take the back off if its not too hard. Moisture can otherwise evaporate and recondense within the cases.

At least if it is only water, there will be no residual precipitates potentially bridging connections.

Well its been a while now, and everything is working mostly. On my keyboard:F11,Insert,Delete,PgUp,PgDown,* dont work.
Thats a shame :/ I even tried compressed air(removed the buttons and then blew). Since I needed some keys, I mapped them to other keys :)

Compressed air well just drive the water deeper into the machine. Remove the battery and place it in a small box, cover it with uncooked rice and let it dry for 2-3 days. The rice pulls all the moisture out of it. Done this on cell phones several times.

You can replace the keyboard. Google a replacement and how to do it for your model which may produce a video.

It may also start working when the circuits dry inside.

Installed Windows 8.1, and all the keys are working fine ^^
