Anyway, this is a brand new APU build. I've only had the computer for a few days now, anytime I try and play Dayz for example after a good amount of time it will just BSOD on me, after a restart and lets say you try and launch the game again, it will BSOD during the loading process. If you try and run lets say two games at once, it'll BSOD after a little while. I have a strong feeling it's a heat issue with the stock heatsink, and I have a 212 evo coming Monday, so I would hope that would be the cause but to make sure I rather ask some other people.
I know for a fact this stock heatsink isn't able to cool this chip, because you can check Core Temp, or Speecy, and the chip is at around 70C+ which of course you panic and kind of lay off of it for a little bit, a few days ago I actually believe it hit 93C before I shut the computer down. That's way too hot, so I do believe the majority of these BSOD are heat related, but it could be heat and driver related possibly as well?

Anyway here are my computer specifications as well...
Motherboard: GA-F2A85XM-D3H
Memory: 8GB (2x4GB) CORSAIR Vengeance 1600Mhz
CPU: AMD A8-6500 GFX Radeon 8570D
Hard drive: 320GB Seagate 7200RPM
PSU: OCZ Fatal1ty 550W

Currently chip temp with just the internet browser open is literally 68C, I think these BSOD are heat related...What do you think? I am pretty certain, lol

I have included the ZIP of the dump files and such, as stated per sticky thread.

Alrighty so 13.1 did not have any display drivers to install...So I uninstalled it and went back to 13.4 well the issue with that is, I did uncheck CCC. Well during the install for the HDMI Drivers it said INF File Cannot be found, and installing the display drivers failed...

Question is though, what I wanted to do later on if you did not know you can crossfirex with these APU's and AMD only allows 6670 as the highest (Currently) that you can crossfire to with the APU, wouldn't you need CCC to configure that?

Just noticed the link to 13.1 was broken (fixed now).

I'm not familiar with the AMD side of dual-GPUs, but yes
I believe you would need CCC in order to configure CrossFireX.

If you're overclocking the CPU revert back to stock speeds for troubleshooting purposes.

The system is not taking 13.1 it states it was installed, but it is no where to be found...

SO, I went back to 13.4 without CCC, and the system took the display driver and such.

I have tried countless times just incase something was wrong, 13.1 just is not working.

All your dumps are the same.

  • Are you overclocked?

I will ask someone else to look at this thread but I don't think there is much that
can be done in a case of a bad driver and no older version being supported.

Nope, not overclocked what so ever. I would not even risk doing so on a cheap stock heatsink. I'll do a bit of a test and play a few games with the fresh install of 13.4 with no CCC, see if it blue screens on me.

Try this method:
  1. Start :orb: Type: Device Manager
  2. Expand Display Adapters
  3. Right-Click Driver Name, Uninstall
  4. Reboot
  5. Run Driver Sweeper
  6. Reboot
  7. Install Downloaded Driver
Driver Sweeper will scan for any left over files from the old driver, old driver files can cause conflicts with new driver installations. Create a System Restore point beforehand, in case any problems or issues arise.

I believe uninstalling CCC fixed the issue. I've had no issues all day since then.

I am actually, still experiencing the BSOD. It's getting rather annoying, I even did a full clean install again just to clarify. Same error...BSOD information and such in attachment.

Any ideas on what to do?

ALSO, when I went to beta drivers, it took a bit longer before the system gave me a BSOD, but not much...more like 5 minutes and it still gave me a BSOD

EDIT: I also ran some games in windowed mode and monitored temperature, I lasted a bit longer before a BSOD I think this is heat related...Any objections?...

Those look inaccurate to me.
Do the same as before suggested by x BlueRobot, but with Speccy.

Those temperatures do look really hot, use Speccy, so we can get a comparison, and also your voltages look really low too.
