Solved BSOD while playing any game for long/short period, STOP 0xA0000001

Your CPU is running very hot!
Is it at idle or during an intensive load?

Basically running under a light load...maybe 10-20% CPU usage really. The new heatsink is out for delivery today. Because I am not risking frying a chip, and I believe it's what is causing the BSOD's, I thought it could have been driver related as well it could be both, it could be one or the other.

Stock one AMD provided, you should see it...It's garbage.
They expect THIS to cool these new APU chips extremely cheap heatsink, with a 70mm fan

No, they don't actually.
It is similar to Intel providing stock heatsinks with their K-processors.

As a friend told me, AMD is spending more money on powerful chips, but not spending the money for adequate cooling like they did years ago...

I honestly do hope this is heat related, and the troubles are basically gone.

You definitely have a overheating issue here, have you checked inside the case for dust accumulation?

You definitely have a overheating issue here, have you checked inside the case for dust accumulation?

Brand new build, not even a week old no dust what so ever.

Good news is, new cooler dropped temperatures basically 30-40C...Idle temp after boot 25C, playing a game 30-35C

No BSOD for the past 45 minutes, can finally conclude it was heat related, least I would say so.

EDIT: Yep problem solved, was all heat related, I appreciate all the help. Probably come around here more often, I would love to help other people with issues they may have, even though it may not mean much I do have my A+ Certification, and I am working on my Network+ currently actually, computers and such is just me. So hm, I'll give things a good look around and throw the knowledge I have ever so often!
