Windows 7 explorer keeps crashing then restarting

Guys, i've had this problem for quite some time but couldn't be bothered to fix it till now. I cant even transfer files from my external hard disc to my computer without windows explorer crashing. I've tried booting up in safe mode but it also happens, also tried sfc/scannow and chkdsk. Any help is much appreciated.

If it is happening even in safe mode, this would usually indicate a problem with the actual os itself.

Thanks for replying guys. I tried the sfc method but it doesnt work, while that isn't really my problem
After reading the sfcdetails, i think theres a problem with the Chinese language thing

Hey guys after deleting the asus web manager my problems seem to go away. But now I can't boot computer to windows it keeps asking me to select proper boot device....

When I tried startup repair it said the problem can't be fixed..

Now I can't even boot my laptop without blue screening . Really need some help here as startup repair does not work too

Thanks for all the replies derekimo,I really appreciate it. I've given up on trying to repair the laptop on my own and have sent it to a computer repair shop. Hope it all works out .
