Windows Explorer keeps crashing and restarting

Hi everyone,
I hope you can help.
I’ve HP 2000, win 7 hp x64, AMD E-350, 1.60 GHz, 4GB (3.6), bought 3- 4 years ago, and Windows Explorer seems to crash randomly with me, even in Safe Mode. Besides CPU usages gets really high, without no obvious reason, and MalwareByte blocks scvhost.exe.
To make it short!
I’ve scanned it with numerous tools, cleaned and fixed everything. To rule out all possibilities i could think of. I’ve also updated my windows and removed all programs they weren’t on it in last 2 years, reset browsers… Besides I was lucky and got a help of an expert on one of the forums. When last two logs came clean I thought the problem is solved, but … I’ve shut it down normally, and this morning, as I’ve turned it on, begins again. First thing after booting and I couldn’t open anything, except firefox and task manager. Everything else I’ve touched, left or right clicks no matter, caused explorer to restart. I try opening skype through task manager, but it crashed, so I’ve opened it downloading and installing new one, using same method I’ve run few anti-adware-malware-etc,and later on again sfc /scannow, and everything was ok…. Now, I can open most of documents and applications, but for how long ?

Here are dump files created by explorer, I've found in users/../appdata/local, there is nothing in C:/windows/minidump could someone please look at them, and give me some advice.

Does the PC still have the factory install? If so that is the worst possible install of Win7 one can have, larded with bloatware and duplicate utilities which interfere with better versions built into Win7. That's why most tech enthusiasts won't even run such an install but instead Clean Reinstall Windows 7

Everything needed is in the blue link to get and keep a perfect install just like a million+ others have done without a single complaint.

Until then you can establish a Clean Boot, replace any bloated AV with a free lightweight AV, run a full scan with that and also Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware, run System File Checker, utilize System resources - all from Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

Thank you for a prompt reply. It is indeed factory installed win 7. I'll read guidelines for re-installation tomorrow, and try to do it if that is the only cure. I just have to find installation CD, I suppose that factory installation from portion D is not usable.

If you`re talking about the recovery partition that`s already on your computer, yes you can use it over and over again.
