Is there a way to revive a died micro SD card?

No idea what is a "died" SD card? It's not a living thing.

If you want help, you have to be more specific with the problem. For example, you plug it into a card reader and it doesn't show up in Window explorer with a drive letter. Or, you open the Disk Management utility and see the card but it doesn't have a drive letter. Or, you don't see it at all in Windows explorer or Disk Management.

cpr was a joke about reviving a dead card. cpr is a medical term.

i dont think you will get any different answers to the ones you already received in the other thread.
it seems it is so corrupt it wont show at all.
if it wont show then there is little you can do.

that said then hopefully you are backing up your new sd card.
i use google plus to auto upload my phone pics to my account , they dont show in public unless i choose to share them.
my music on my phone comes from my pc in the first place so already backed up.
my numbers and messages are backed up to my phones software suite on the pc.
i dont really play games etc but they come from the google play site so there is a record of my purchases and therefore can be re downloaded if there is an issue.

im sorry to say it does not look like you are going to recover the card.
any other methods would involve sending it away for recovery which could cost many hundreds of dollars .

You can attempt to reformat with software, such as "HP USB Disk" or "SDFormatter", if one of these two well not recover the usb stick it's probably toast.

I tested the card by the two. None of them could format it.

Sorry, no. Had you shown this initially, instead of a vague comment about a "died card", I could have told you then that recovery is likely impossible.

I've gone through several SD cards, and they are nowhere near as robust actual drives. I've even tried several different data recovery apps design for memory cards -- and NONE of them were able to recover files from the cards.

That's what I did with mine -- they're worthless if you can't read them or reformat them.

There is sd card recovery software available. Google well help you find it. Most likely the problem is the card files are corrupt and Windows can or does not recognize the file structure so it just pops up the can not read message.
