The problem keeps kinda persisting, the games work fine now but yesteday and today i noticed that fps started throttling between 30-50fps and the problem went away only when rebooting game. Also windows got some sorta slowdown until i rebooted the game. Drivers never crashed or anything.
i ran SFC Scannow and it told that it found corrupted files but couldn´t repair them. I also ran Check disk for all my drives and scanned my pc for malware with viprescan.
It found some trojans and i cleaned them.
I tried SFC /SCANNOW again but the problem continued to stay.
I reinstalled windows but no use, i still get the same error when running SFC /SCANNOW.
Here is some disturbing results from scan i ran moment ago with fresh windows. Could my ssd have some problems? because it sure dont seem to be like cpu or gpu based problem.

There´s also something else i should inform you guys about. yesterday when i restarded my pc i heard the sound that indicates some program has crashed and the whole screen freezed. Well i ignored it and just forced my pc to shutdown. Well crap, same problem happened later again. I remember having this speciffic problem about year ago but i fixed it somehow in windows.
