BSOD While gaming + video editing, error 0x0000010E

Did the entire PC hung i.e mouse and keyboard or just the software?
Next time it hangs press the NumLock or CapsLock keys on the keyboard and look for the light
to blink as you do. If it doesn't then it's a hard hang if it does then it's the GPU that's hung.

Do you mean you underclocked the GPU?
Was it overclocked to begin with?

No it didn't hang, the guide was saying if the temps don't rise any further.
It reached 83 and didn't move from there for a few minutes so I thought I was suppose to stop.
Did I read that wrong?
within the catalyst there's a CPU power tab.
it was at 100% power, I lowered it to about 70.
I can screenshot it when I get home.

Edit:
Another BSOD when I booted up and logged in.
I took an image as well as screenshot the thing I was referring to earlier.
It's set to 53% I believe, not 70.
Also the Xeno drivers are still present, do I need to still remove those?
I have two network cards in my PC.
One realtek and the other is some xeno gaming one.
I only use the realtek.

We need the dump files in-order to give an accurate assessment, please run the SFDT again
and navigate to the folder named Live Kernel Reports where you found the dumps last time,
and upload those as well. Where is it located if I may ask so?

In the meantime please test your RAM as suggested earlier;
Testing the RAM:

Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+:

• RAM - Test with Memtest86+

   Tip

• :info: Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial "If you have errors"
• :tip: Test the RAM with Memtest86+ for at least 7-10 passes. It may take up to 22 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.

When done with the testing procedure take a picture and upload it here.

Also those CPU Power controls should not be available to you as they are targeted towards
battery savings & consumption on a laptop :sarc:.

Do you have a replacement GPU (Graphics card) and/or PSU (Power supply) to test with?

Sorry this went over my head, What's the SFDT and how do I run it?
I did a memtest a while back and one of my ram sticks was giving errors so I removed it.
I tested all sticks for about 30 passes and only one gave errors.
Unfortunately I have no PSU or GPU to swtich to.
I originally had an AMD Radeon HD 6000 series but that died so I got this 7000 series one.

Edit:
The Kernal Dumps are in C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG.
There haven't been any new ones since the 24th of this month.

It doesn't give me the option to install without the catalyst control center, unless I'm not seeing it.
I used memtest86+.

Without the dumps I'm purely going on past experience :huh:.
The last bugcheck (picture) is usually a driver misbehaving, second argument 0x2 IRQL at dispatch level.
From our past experience for some reason the dumps are being relocated despite the fact that
it is set to the default %systemroot%/minidump folder, we can also see dumps are in fact being created
(or at least being peppered to be written to disk, by the second line from the bottom of the BSOD).
Search you PC for files that and are a .dmp and correspond to the dates of the recent bugchecks.

I'm still not sure why it installs that version of the software could be because you have
an AMD CPU as well though.

Have a look inside of the PC checking for dust buildup and clean if necessary.

I would also physically remove the extra Xeno card from the motherboard seeing that it's not in use
and it has been a big part of the early bugchecks.

Been busy with school work.
I've removed the card today after my pc bluescreened today.
Prior to today it didn't blue screen since I sent that last message.
I got a 0x0000024 code on it.
my PC was also on for a day or two nonstop.

Hey, long time no speak.

I reverted back to 13.9 drivers.
The issue still persists.

The last blue screen I got said something along the lines of non paged in something area.
I honestly can't remember.
above that I believe it said dxgmms1.sys.
My computer still isn't dumping the reports.
I also couldn't find any new ones anywhere on my PC.
