Reoccurring BSOD 3B, always related to video editing/rendering/gaming

I usually get this bsod when video editing on premiere pro, or rendering videos on it, or during fullscreen gaming.
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Bccode: 3B

And I have tested my ram and video card extensively (prime95 - furmark etc), I can find no fault with either, I've updated or reinstalled most drivers that have been recommended, still occurs :/ stumped, I've attached the most recent mini dump file

Specs:
Win 7 Home premium. 64bit.
Intel i7-3770 3.40ghz (I don't overclock and never have)
16gb RAM
ASrock H77 Pro4-m
Nvidia geforce GTX 660

Whats wrong with the minidump file?

And DM Log Collector just freezes when I try to use it so I posted the minidump file instead
