Windows Media Player Video Freezes Audio Fine

I have a problem with playing a high definition video that I rendered using Sony Vegas 12. This problem only recently arose. I can play videos that I have rendered from After Effects CS6 perfectly fine. Here are the two video details:

Prior to the problem I had no codecs installed and all my videos played perfectly fine, then the problem occurred and I decided to install K-Lite Full Codec Pack; which didn't fix the issue. Here are my PC specifications:

Operating System: Windows 7 Pro x64
Memory: 8GB
Processor: Intel i5 3570K
Hard Drive: Seagate 1TB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7950

Hmm that is some expensive software Kev I suppose and am assuming you have updated all the drivers etc etc?

Might be worth just running these mate

I suppose even reseating the GPU /s? and RAM sticks is one more thing out of the way and your temps rub Speccy to see them Speccy - Download from piriform

I have the latest version of Sony Vegas. I'm unsure whether to use AMD Catalyst 13.9 or 13.10 Beta.

Personally I wouldn't use the beta try the former first mate and don't forget to rub the scans the y do not take long and goes to eliminate causes.

Okay so I've done a System File Check and a Disk Check and everything is fine. I've updated my graphics drivers to the latest version of 13.10 Beta. I just noticed that one of my other videos rendered in Sony Vegas plays fine, here are the details:

Length: 05:05
Fram Size: 1920 x 1080
Data Rate: 14027kbps
Total Bitrate: 14282kbps
Frame Rate: 29 frames/second
Audio Bitrate: 256kbps
Channels: 2 (Stereo)
Audio Samples: 48 kHz

Could the Data Rate and Total Bitrate be too high?

Mate am no expert on this stuff but what have you got to lose by trying it you can always backtrack.

I figured it out, it's the video Bitrate. I needed to lower it under 15000kbps. But thanks for the advice.
