Is there any software that can emulate Aero/Force it?

Just like the title above, Is there any software that can emulate Aero/Force hack it? I know of WindowBlinds, but the current version does not support Windows 7 (WindowBlinds 7 will). I have tried the registry hack, but that does not work either.

The only option I have so far is to wait until WindowBlinds 7 is out...

EDIT: Guys Ive made a tutorial on how to hack Windows Aero and get it working with a INCOMPATIBLE (REALLY,REALLY,REALLY,REALLY OLD) GRAPHICS CARD!

Knew it before

I knew about truetransparency/fast aero but that only changes the window borders. It would be great if there was a app that could change the start bar too.
