Solved BSOD while playing starcraft 2 or doing file transfers 0x0109

Hi there,
I am working on a computer for a friend. It is a brand new build, the specs are as follows.
Z77 OC Formula motherboard
Intel i7 3770
XMS3 Corsair 1600mhz DDR3 8gb (2X4GB) - Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
(ram timings from website store say - 1600MHz 9-9-9-27 1.65V - bios set the ram to 9-9-9-24 1300mhz and 1.50 volts)
Sandisk 240gb SSD
Nvidia Geforce 760
850w bronze 80 + rated coolermaster power supply.
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
Zonealarm extreme security suite
All windows updates it has detected are installed, anti virus is fully up to date.

The BSOD code that has appeared with regularity is 0x0109 with the parameter of 0x01
from my searching this suggests a ram voltage issue

I am looking for someone to give me some help as I have spent several days trying to weed out these bluescreens and am still stuck with the 0x109 bluescreen.

It mostly occurs while doing large file transfers or playing starcraft 2. It has however occurred whilst completely IDLE.

SF diagnostic is attached.

I appreciate any insights, please let me know if you require any other information

Hi Johnthefast.

Uninstall Kaspersky using Kaspersky Removal Tool. At least as a test. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Let us know how it is running then.

Hey thank you for your quick reply
I do not have Kaspersky installed, however zonealarm uses the same engine.
I have tried and tested without zone alarm installed and it still bluescreeens.
and I personally use Microsoft security essentials/malware bytes on my builds for people who cannot afford zonealarm or another similar product.
This computer is clean of all viruses detectable by zonealarm, Microsoft security essentials and malwarebytes.

the problem I am having and wish to have help with is the BugCheck 109 bluescreens,

I have Already Fixed the other bluescreens and they are no longer a problem.

The BugCheck 109 from what I understand is a ram issue but I am looking for alternate solutions / opinions / help if it is a ram issue

You should supply us a crash dump that is minus kaspersky/zone alarm.

And, people they know what is good for them use MSE+MBAM, not they who cannot afford.

MSE doesn't provide the same protection zonealarm or bit defender does for on access scanning and threats that come from visiting various websites but im not getting into an argument as I agree its a good program.

I cannot provide a crash dump without zonealarm in it at the moment.
Every single time I post on a website with zonealarm installed, the first thing anyone says is ' zone alarm ' and the solution is never uninstalling or removing it.

well I updated the bios and changed the ram voltage, walla. pc works 0 bluescreens 0 issues.
So, nothing to do with zeonalarm like I said lol

To update. The ram went again and as it turns out was faulty. Replaced the ram and the issue has to this day not re-occured with the exact same software.
