Great build in the corsair case Ryan. Could you post a picture of the back panel removed sometime so we can see the challenges your talking about?

The back is a totally different story to the front lol the pic is an older one but only the fan controller has gone in since. I had a bit more room back there when I had the Corsair psu as it was a fair bit smaller so it's a tad cramped in there now.
All I removed when installing the fan controller was my H100 and fans so it was a right pain having to poke cables about and still keep them tidy'ish.

Lot's of cable ties were used and I mean lot's

Oh and my noisy graphic's cards are loads quieter now I set the case fan's at 1100rpm and the gpu's never went over 67c during BF4 instead of 74c-75c.

I finally got around to installing my fan controller and fan's aswell as changed the colour of my Cougar's. The colour didn't come out as good as I hoped but it still looks ok
I swapped the front 2x AF140 OEM for 3x AF120 's and the rear AF140 OEM to an AF140 and I'm well chuffed with them as they move a lot more air and are really quiet until they're running flat out but still not super loud. At the min they're just running at 900rpm and very quiet but I still have nice reduction in temp's so hopefully that will stop my gpu fan's needing to spin up so much.
The temp sensor's that come with the controller are really handy too, I only used 3 of the 4 though and placed them by front intake, northbridge area and one in the back section by my ssd's and psu.

Hell of a case mate and I see you like the Z506 too - top stuff hooked to an Asus Xonar DG card Oh meant to add ever tried the Nexus real quiet fans too I use them whenever I can cos I am a fan freak as a mate always tells me

Cheers! Yeah the Z506 is a great system for such a low price. I'm running it from my onboard sound at the min but it sounds as good as it did when I had and X-fi Titanium. When I get some slimmer cards' I'll probable invest in another sound card though.
I've not tried those Nexus fan's but I plan to stay with what I have now lol as I've spent load's trying to find the right fan's lol. When I bought my Cougar's there was no stock that I could find in the Uk so I had to buy a couple from the Netherlands and a couple from germany. I was determind to have the Cougar's

Yep the Asus Xonar DG is cheap enough mate and runs a 5:1 system like the 506 and can do a 7:1 system if required. I like the GUI's effects and mixing capabilities of it myself. The

Yeah I've heard a lot of good things about the Asus sound card's, It was the Sonar DG I was thinking of getting lol. I'd get another X-fi Titanium but it's a bit bigger than the Asus one's it did sound good though and I never had any problems with it, unlike a lot of people.
