Solved rvzr-a. anoying me

can anyone tell me how to get rid of this anoying spyware/malware i use bitdefender total solutions (could not detect)even in emergency boot mode. ran malware bytes (did not detect) even in safe mode.
i believe its to do with facebook/chrome advertisments.but ive heard its possible to get rid .tried deleting cookies and reseting browser settings in both IE 11 and chrome.
HELP anyone.

scroll down to the TDSS Killer and run it delete any crap you find the ADW will require you to reboot to finish up.

after my post I remembered adwcleaner: and used that to cure the problem.it only took me three days I must be loosing it.

p.s although perfectly good software I do not recommend these programs now being touted by Microsoft to solve all the problems on this forum how it appeared in my thread is a mystry.

Hiyya Topper you mentioned some Microsoft software did you mea to leave a reference for it as I am not sure mate which or what you mean.

As for the loosing it mate I lost it a long time ago and there is so much to actually remember I reckon there isn't a single member inhere who can honestly say they remember or know just about everything they have learned.
