Hello, new desperate forum member here.
I originally was working on removing some bookmark dll issue popup message on my dad's laptop (ASUS). Before I found a way to resolve the issue by editing a task in the task scheduler, I downlaoded and ran the Advanced SystemCare on the laptop to run all the scans. I noticed one of the scans said the Intel Display Audio driver was outdated so I went ahead and told the software to go ahead and download/install the latest driver and when I rebooted it was stuck on some windows update so I rebooted and manually installed the drivers from Intel myself. I even ran Driver Reviver to ensure the drivers on the laptop looked good.
Soon after that I went ahead and fixed the bookmark dll issue but also noticed that about 5 minutes of activity, the laptop suddenly freezes. It has progressively gotten worse to the point where now, it freezes immediately once I login with my windows credentials.
I am able to log into safe mode with networking without any issues. NO hanging.
I have attached the results from the SF Diagnostic Tool for your reference (ran in Safe mode). Would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thanks!
