I recently ran a few manual installs to obtain Drivers/Downloads from Toshiba's website for a Tecra laptop. This seems to be what might be causing the recent crashing. Perhaps I applied a driver that shouldn't apply to this system..

Recent event has about 20 entries of:
A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the ShellHWDetection service.

Last entry:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000004, 0x0000000000000258, 0xfffffa8003f9b040, 0xfffff80000b9c3d0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 122413-7800-01.

Dmp attached in zip file.
Thanks in advance!

In a case like this yes; while the updates may appear to look like they are for your model laptop; sometimes they are meant for other models within the laptop "family". I would try and do a system restore back to before the updates were installed and i believe that should resolve the issue. If it doesn't, then there is some other underlying issue going on.

That is correct. However, I'm not 100% if it is the case, and so would want to see first if someone can verify the memory dump. Thanks!

I double checked this to see if there are any flags in Device Manager. Everything checks out.
I did update to latest BIOS recently, and this however didn't resolve.
I'll try looking for graphics card updates.. not sure what else.. Thanks again in advance!

Actually; it would help if you re-post or edit original post following the bsod instructions at the top. You need to zip them with a zipping program.

New Attachment. I've now used the SF_Diagnostic_Tool.
