Although I would prefer a different brand this looks like a standard Radeon card following AMD's reference design. Video cards are fairly reliable if you have good ventilation in your case and depending on dust pet fur etc you keep the fan clean. Make sure your power supply has plenty in reserve as this card needs a 600w. The unit comes with a 33month warranty which is pretty good too. I would go for it, I have a Gigabyte HD 7770 and I am very pleased with it. Gives me a 7.6 score in Graphics and Windows Aero Graphics.

Yeah Im building a computer for a friend so im giving him mine and he is buying me a new card. My card was and still is 425 bucks like WTF its almost as nice as the 270X love it so much.

The reviews at Amazon would discourage me from buying it. The independent reviews are not exactly glowing either. MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte or Sapphire would all be good choices.

ASUS will trump Visiontek and runs way cooler. This Visiontek card just looks cheap to me but heck it could be a great deal but the temp issues with these new AMD's just isn't my cup o' tea at the moment.
