What steps have you taken to solve it?

I already use Driver Detective and install some drivers ( Keyboard, and realtek)

I already diagnose my computer memory problems and found nothing

Since my memory is WD, i already install and checked with Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics - WinDlg and found nothing too
