Intel Haswell only with Intel Z87 mobo.

You ddr3 ram will work with any solution. The GPU will work with any solution. The PSU likely will work with any solution if it's a quality brand if not then look to upgrade.

The board doesn't look as fancy though xD The other boards say gaming specific. Are you sure I shouldnt go with the Intel one if I can push the budget up?

I`m sure most would tell you to go Intel, if you can afford it.

If you can live with a much larger budget then go i5 and a good mobo, otherwise go a good to great mobo and a i3 and then jump up to a i5 or i7 later. But staying in budget and having a rig that will game like a mad man now for under, right at or just slightly more then budget you've told us you need to stay within then the AMD stuff just trumps the Intel for affordable performance. This coming from a guy with 2 AMD rigs and 3 Intel rigs. If you can blow the budget then Intel if you really need to stay close to it then AMD....keep in mind the money left over for this wiz bang GPU will make a heck of a lot more impact then your choice of AMD or Intel mobo's and chips.

Yes but it will have to be Haswell only as the new Z97 series mobo's are yet to hit. If you have time on your hands then you may be wise to wait to see what the pricing on the new Z97 mobo's and chips are and if they drive down the Haswell to a more affordable level.....maybe allowing you to get into a i5 pr i7 Haswell?

Now when you Buy Memory they come in all different Speeds up to 1333 MHz.

Now if my DDR2 memory says 1333 MHz this is because it is telling me the Dable Data Rate. My 1333 MHz DDR2 is going at 5 something MHz.

So my CPU is going to be going fatsr then the Memory can give and put out Data am I right?going Half that."

Wow that's a question ! First off if you're running ddr2 then it won't transfer to the new mobo either AMD or Intel. Looking up your current mobo it shows ddr3 and if that's the case your good as gold for the mobo upgrade. Now not sure of your question and it's a good question even if it's coming out of left field as they say.
Regarding the ram speeds and how it functions with the CPU it is true if the ram is too fast for the CPU the ram will only overclock or run at the max speed the CPU can support. 1333 Mhz ram will run in anything. But my i5 with 2400 Mhz ram will only support up to 2200 Mhz. My 8 core 8120 AMD with 2133 Mhz ram can only get me 2066 Mhz. But I can't tell you exactly why this is but then fine tuning timings and voltage can play a huge speed dividend in this max ram speed goal. With 1333 or 1600 that's the safest bet going.

You are worrying over nothing.

Bottom line is you need everything to match your budget and also must have components from the same platform

Right now the cheapest solution is AMD and unfortunately you went with a budget build from the jump

You best best is to go on ebay in the uk and find a respectable AMD 990fx combo CPU MOBO AND RAM

you have the GPU psu and case you just need those things and yes you will have to invest in better aftermarket cooling the new chips heat up pretty rapidly and needs good cooling to be tamed or you wil have corroded paste in no time
