Program(s) Requested For A Task

I am creating an AMV (anime music video for those that are curious), and I want to know, what programs (free) would allow me to have the video from the anime, aka the video, and have the song playing but all you hear is the song, is anyone wants to see an example for an AMV just hit up YouTube. I have both the song and anime already, just the program(s) are needed, also if anyone has done an AMV before, PM me some of your techniques. Please and thank you to all.

It doesn't seem like these programs would be able to do much of what I need. Sorry to say.
