I have a desktop pc with Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) on it. It's now so clogged up with viruses and malware that I need to reinstall Windows.
I bought the pc used and it does have the original Windows COA on a label on it. My question is will that same COA work if I buy a different Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) disk to do the reinstall. Or do I have to buy a disk which comes with an unregistered COA?

Don't buy anything. The Windows copy has already been paid for. Use this tutorial to explain the process of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html and it also has under the first section where to download an ISO to burn your own Windows 7 DVD. When you are through with the install and you are sure it works good, activate it with the Product Key on the sticker on your PC. Let us know how it goes. == One more thing. When you go to the site to download the Windows 7 ISO, you have to go about half way down the page to find the English version. You also have to be sure and get the Home Premium 64-bit version.
