Can't find drivers when upgrading from 32 bit to 64 bit

Hey I'm trying to upgrade to windows 7 64 bit and during the process it says it can't find the drivers and thus I can not go any further. I really have no idea what to do and my hours of research has so far be fruitless. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm starting to become slightly frustrated :cry: :sleepy:

I get a message saying "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing" It's for a desktop. Sorry for the limited information don't really know what to look for:o

Windows when I'm trying to install 64 bit from my disk. I choose my language click next and that is the message that comes up

Followed all the steps including the partition and now my computer just has a BOOTMGR is missing error every time I turn it on. So now I can't get another ISO or move it onto a USB stick
