Recover data after factory reset in windows 7

As i don't have any restore points available so only option to make my computer backdated is factory rest. Is there any way i can recover my data (pictures,movies,files( after factory reset ??

After factory reset all personal files are gone.

I have no idea why its showing only one restore point.

I want to take my computer to a backdate but i don't have a restore point on my system as I was able to login to some websites previously on which i am working but now i am not able to do so.

See , my real question is
I want to take my computer to a backdate but i don't have a restore point on my system as I was able to login to some websites previously on which i am working but now i am not able to do so .I have tried using another system and it works fine on that, so this confirms, there is something wrong with my laptop only.

I tried uninstalling all the stuff which i installed after that date buy nothing worked.

Is there any way i can take my system back without restore point?

Have you tried another browser already? Try google chrome or firefox for example

You need a restore point to go back in time.

You can run Linux Mint 16 Cinnamon off a flash drive or dvd to copy and paste your files to an external hard drive, dvd`s or another flash drive. You don`t have to install it, just boot from the flash drive or dvd, then you can explore the hard drive.

Don`t format or re install windows on the hard drive.... you will loose everything.

Why not simply do it from within win7?

It keeps me sending back to home page only...Don't know why. I tried all the latest browsers: chrome, mozilla and explorer

Maybe you`ve been hijacked, have you run Anti-Virus and Malwarebytes ?

Did you boot to Safe Mode already? Is it working fine in Safe Mode?
Make a new test account and logon as that user. Same problem?

Hope nobody minds me stepping in here but Shehdeep if you can open Windows Explorer, that's not Internet Explorer. Windows Explorer should have an icon on your taskbar like this:

Then go to the files you want to save and copy to an external hard drive or if there are not too many copy to DVD's. When you have saved all your data files, go do a Clean Install of windows following this tutorial:
