Stuck at "windows is loading files" when doing a system recovery

I'm using laptop lenovo T430U, when doing system recovery process until half ways my laptop no battery then shut down. After that Windows failed to start. A Recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your langugae settings, and then click next
3. Click "repair your computer."

Can someone help me or tell me how to get it past the windows is loading files?

How do you know your battery caused it to shut down? Does it complete Recovery? Are you using disks or Lenovo One-Key Recovery? How do I recover my system using ThinkVantage Rescue and Recovery

Make sure you are on AC power and try again.

If Recovery won't run you can get a much better install doing a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Everything is provided in the blue link to get and keep a perfect install.

I'm using 4 recovery disks to do recovery, I insert first disk into laptop without plugin cable and just use battery. After run out of battery caused shut down, I plugin cable to continues recovery then display windows failed to start.

Why would you start Recovery on a battery? Obviously it needs to be plugged into AC power.

Yes start it over if you want the inferior Factory Recovery with the disks. If the disks won't boot then wipe the HD first with Diskpart Clean Command.

Otherwise follow Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to get the best install possible.

I unable to do "Clean" or "Clean All" a Disk with the Diskpart Command because every time turn on laptop still at windows boot manager...I need to format laptop??

You'll need to trigger the Win7 installation media or System Repair Disk
to boot to run the Clean Command: How to Boot A Computer from CD or DVD - YouTube

Once the disk boots enter System Recovery Options and choose the Command Prompt.

The Win7 installation disk media is provided in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
I would follow the rest of those steps too if you want the best possible install.
