High DPC Latency, causing Audio STUTTERING after a couple hours uptime

My problem is when I am watching flash videos, specifically YouTube and Twitch.TV, my sound stutters when opening another tab or just when simply watching the video and not doing anything else. Things like games and iTunes DO NOT stutter.

A good thing but sort of bad thing for troubleshooting is that the stuttering/popping of sound starts after a good 10 hours to a day of up time but DPC latency spikes are almost always there after a couple hours.

Its definitely not my computer specs/temps, nor my internet speed.

I am pretty sure my drivers are also up to date. Im on the latest BETA AMD GPU drivers (Note: I still had problems with the latest STABLE drivers) Everything in device manager is installed. I ran the intel update utility, install AISuite with all the drivers and grabbed the latest off of asus.com, and I also ran a driver upgrade program and upgrade 4 drivers in there and still nothing.

Ive tried disabling various different flashes in chrome://plugins aswell as updating flash, chrome etc.

I have disable Intel cpu throttling in bios and disabled in in power management. Ive also updated my bios to the latest as well as sound drivers.

I have also disabled all enhancements under audio device and I have tried ,to make sure its not speakers, playing sound through my monitors built in speakers and I have the same problem.

I did find people that had problems with AISuite and Avast antivirus which are programs I have and run.

I found out eventually its a problem related with DPC latency and have found various guides on how to fix it, but I am truly confused. I tried this guide but I get stuck at part 2 where it says: Finally type this line and press Enter: xperf %userprofile%\Desktop\trace.etl I tried using xperfview %userprofile%\Desktop\trace.etl and C:\Users\Admin\Desktop>WPA %userprofile%\Desktop\trace.etl which are both alternative suggestions at the end of the post but those didnt work either and I get the same error. I couldn't find any good tutorial for LatencyMon and I have no idea what else to do.

I built a good PC with some expensive hardware and all I wanted for it was to work. I can post logs, startup programs, my installed programs, device manager drivers,taskbar running programs, taskmanager running programs (pic1, pic2) (some dupes), whatever you guys need to help me with this problem just post and ask for it. I assume you have only run DPC Latency Checker??? Have you run the Respledance Latency Monitor ? If not, suggest you run that as it may help you in troubleshooting.

Along with Sound drivers causing stuttering, Video drivers are also suspect, along with the Flash Player.

One other issue is the fact that Audio is on a Shared Interrupt (IRQ) with a higher priority device and in some circumstances the higher priority device can cause interruptions that sound like stuttering I haven't found how to manually change the Audio IRQ, but sometimes if the audio is uninstalled in the Device Manager (but do not uninstall the drivers) then the PC is restarted, when Windows starts it will detect and reinstall the sound. In some cases this will put sound on a different IRQ.

Yes I have been testing my DPC with this also. But I am not sure what to do exactly with the data. I attched a txt of my drivers in order of high total execution[/URL]. I see that the usb 3.0 driver is the problem but I dont know what to do, killing the process doesnt solve the problem since I cant see .sys processes. Could it be that I plug usb 2.0 devices into usb 3.0? I dont even have any usb 3.0 devices

I have 2 under audio device. Should I just uninstall both? Will this remove the red bars in DPC? Also it may take a good 1-3 days of uptime to find out if this really worked.

Ok so I had my PC up for a good bit and I realized the stuttering and cracking again. I uninstalled avast internet security and WITHOUT even a PC restart all the crackling and everything disappeared.

For some reason LatencyMon from resplendence still says I have latency issues in red text even though my latency never exceeds 250. DPC Latency Checker only shows little green bars ranging around 50-200.

I had bitdefender antivirus before but it delayed my pc restart by about 30-40 seconds so I actually switched to avast internet security.

I'm going to give bitdefender a chance again and if not ill try Avast antivirus instead of Avast Internet Security.

Also do you recommend any other antivirus's besides bitdefender or avast. I also have malwarebytes installed but that's really considered to be a antivirus rather to be run next to one.
