I see enough badly-written Asus programs on the desktop alone to ruin Win7 performance.
What is missing exactly that is needed? None of those are needed, just conflict with better versions built into Win7.
What's in the Asus folder, installers for more Asus crapware?
Oh yeah, that's what I have noticed, dumb question isn't it? But why is f9 not working? Is it related to bios configuration?
P.s I have updated bios once via winflash
