Not got married but had 2 kids by the time i was 19... wait in that department too!
I have 3 kids now, wouldn't change them for the world BUT THEY CHANGE YOU ha ha

Always worked though and having kids is what i think helped me push myself to learn more to further my career so i could always continue to support them... I'm still learning and trying to get further (I'm 26 now)

I got divorced at 42 after 22 years of marriage. At 65, I'm still single. Came close in 2007 but things went horribly wrong and, now, I realize it never would have worked. I'm so used to being single now, I doubt I'll ever get married again. I still believe marriage is a wonderful institution; I just have realized that I don't want to be institutionalized anymore.

All seriousness aside, marriage is a wonderful institution but it's not for everyone. Not everyone has what it takes to make a marriage work. Based on my own experience and the experiences of others, the worst thing anyone can do is get married too young; people are rarely mature enough before 25 (and, frequently, older) and their personalities haven't gelled before then.

Agree with Kari had 38 years non parole and should have done it much sooner. Married at 21 - about right had my son at 31 and it was all downhill from there.

So young Harry I would take a long time to think about it mate at 17 you are at the beginning of your life. It goes very quickly from 40 onwards mate and you will be there before you know - like I have myself arrived at retirement before I could look round.

Now my marriage story. == I waited until I was 30. I wanted to be sure.......It lasted six months.
It took a second failed marriage until I found the right person when I was 52. That was 16 years ago. Third time was a charm for me. I hope others do it a bit quicker than I did.

I agree getting married to early often doesn't work. Met my first hubby when I was 17, got engaged at 18, married at 19, first baby at 20 then another 2 years later. It lasted 12 years, he was too fond of the ladies. Married hubby number 2 in 1976 and it's still going strong had another couple of kids who have left home so just the 2 of us now and happy.
