Hello everyone, here's my problem.
My pc worked fine, but after getting new motherboard, CPU and mouse, these freezes started to occur constantly (usually once a day). Sometimes, the were not freezes, but BSODs.
One detail though - i installed all new hardware, without reinstalling the windows. (i had to delete some devices from device manager, in order to make it boot properly with new motherboard).
Reinstalling windows wasnt an option, and it still is not an option, ONLY unless its literally the only thing that can help.
Additional problem (maybe also a symptom of whats happening) - PC reboots at windows loading, if my usb gamepad is connected. It happens only and ONLY when gamepad connected, every other usb device i have dont do that. Also it doesnt matter if its front or back usb ports. Previously, before upgrading, gamepad worked fine and this problem was absent.
--------------------
I know its a lot of info, maybe someone can help. I've been struggling with this problem for a long time already.
--------------------
What i tried:
Memtest - full test done without any problems.
Windows Drivers Verifier - causes a BSOD on windows loading.
Virus check with Kaspersky Internet Security - everything is fine.
Messing with usb options in BIOS - no results, everything stays the same.
Installing all windows updates - no results.
-------------------
DM log attached.

Hi CustomPhase.

The msinfo32.nfo file included in the uploaded zip is corrupted. Please upload it again.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
And, test your RAM modules for possible errors.
Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Let us know the result.
