How to open windows 7 without knowing password?

I want open computer have windows 7 without change or removed a password

There was a way to do so was based on ISO file put him on CD and log through it but stopped now
Is there a way doing the required?

This option is old and require you to have permission to access on Windows.
But I was talking the windows actually have password also administrator account already enabled.

Built-in Administrator already enabled and have password

I can use any program such as: NT offline password to removed a password, but I want login windows without any change of any account

By design you cannot login to a Windows PC without providing the login name and password of an appropriate account. The ability to do otherwise would be a serious security risk. Some accounts may not have a password in which case none need be provided. The Guest account normally does not have a password but it is usually disabled. In any event it has very low rights. If you log in with an admin level account you can change the password of any account. You will not be able to see any existing passwords, even your own. There are software methods of reseting a password without logging in but I will not discuss them.

If you take this thing from the face hacking there are many ways to circumvent the password.
