Welcome to the forum Androshi,

Please remove Advanced System Care & AVG from the system.

System Optimisers
Please remove the following software:

This software can be cause of BSOD's. The windows 7 operating system does not require these registry cleaning software. They often tune-down rather than tune-up and can wreck the OS beyond repair. Microsoft have improved Windows 7 significantly and it is much better at organising and optimising itself than its predecessors. Check this, this and this thread for evidence.

If you feel the need to use a registry cleaning or optimisation software, most of us recommend the use of CCleaner but make sure you back up the registry before making letting ccleaner delete anything.
Microsoft Security Essentials is recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antivirus or internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-

Perform a Clean boot:
Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
  • Click on the :orb:
  • Type CMD on Search
  • Left click and Run as Administrator
  • Type SFC /scannow

I followed your steps and the only things that were running were the microsoft stuff and steam used to play neverwinter and it lasted for about 3 hrs and then it froze. So I guess it was almost fixed but still ended up freezing.

The zip you uploaded in post #4 does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup before you upload another zip.

Uninstall your installed version of the display driver.

Then clean up any possible leftover.

Then install version 13.9 WHQL only.

When done, stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark. Let us know the result.

Also, is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000094, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8800f1421dd, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff880036c3f38, Exception Record Address

Well I ran Furmark and it lasted about 1000+ frames and said 7FPS and the temp reached about 90C at the bottom before the computer shutdown.

Ran speccy and here's the URL.
http://speccy.piriform.com/results/3pGhQ6eOyfo0zCgGuwl26Kf

The temp. for cores so far:
Core #0 32C min. 32C max. 38c
Core #1 30C min. 28C max. 31c

It looks absurd.
Try HWinfo to make it sure.

You said ....
the temp reached about 90C at the bottom before the computer shutdown.
Did it shut down at its own?

Well first here's the log file from the HWinfo. Secondly yes it shutdown by itself. I did some searching around about the 128C temp on the motherboard and some people say it's a error from the sensors and if it was that temp. I would be able to feel it. Plus my computer is usually always cool.

Secondly yes it shutdown by itself.
That is not the desired behavior. If it shuts down at itself at 90 degree C that indicates either the PSU is failing to supply the adequate power to the GPU to perform a stressful operation or the GPU is failing itself.

If you have access to any other known good PSU (with friends or family), apply it there on a test basis and then run the stress test again.

The PSU shouldn't be the problem since I feel that the GPU is most likely the cause but i just cant identify why it's causing the monitor to freeze which than ends up rebooting the computer. The graphics card also seems to be making a slightly high pitched noise while I play games any suggestions how it's doing that?

If you are sure that the PSU is not a problem, then concentrate on the graphics card. If you dont use the graphics card and use the onboard graphics, does the freezes happen in the same way? If not, then it is teh graphics card that is causing the issue.

If you are sure that the PSU is not a problem, then concentrate on the graphics card. If you dont use the graphics card and use the onboard graphics, does the freezes happen in the same way? If not, then it is teh graphics card that is causing the issue.

Before I do that are you saying I should run one of my games like normally on the onboard graphics? Since the computer makes a really loud noise like its under heavy stress when I uninstall the graphics card. So there could be a chance it just shuts off using the onboard graphics

Games will not be played very nicely with an onboard GPU. But all the other jobs (not requiring dense graphics) should not be effected.

If effected, then, as that GPU is a motherboard component, is not a very good situation for sure.

Let us know about your experiments.

Well I didn't exactly do what you said above but I raised the fan speed from the default 50 percent to 65 and while playing my games the computer didn't die in about 4 hours like usual but it still rebooted itself.

Also I just noticed I got this type of error sometimes also

No idea is possible without seeing the data as per the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

WEll so far I've been told it's my PSU as you've mentioned before but just in case I would like you to view these sensor screenshots. here's the link: https://imageshack.us/i/ipBjF9iRp there are a total of 4 screenshots if you don't see the rest look to your right when you go to the link. Also is a SeaSonic MX12II 520W a good PSU? I just want to hear your opinion of it since most people say it's a pretty efficient PSU.

The PSU itself is good, but PSUs keep failing. And, testing the PSU in hand requires some good knowledge of electrical.

It would be better to see the DM log output again, containing the crash dump as stated in post #17.
