Cannot download CCleaner and some others

I am unable to update CCleaner and a few other programs. Not all downloads fail. This is true no matter which browser I use so there must be something blocking the download I just don't know what.

I have tried the suggestions Firefox and CCleaner recommend but nothing worked.

Here is an example of the message:

the ccsetup418.exe was interrupted

or

ccsetup418.exe couldn't be downloaded

Any thoughts or experience anyone could share so I can troubleshoot and solve this problem?

Please add which security suite you use any issue effecting all browsers would point to it as a possible blocker,
It's either that or an existing infection missed by your current security suite

It would be difficult for you to use the fill in your system spec's utility in my signature it sounds like so please add what you can so we might have a better idea of your system,

I have tried both of your suggestions. I ran chkdsk /f a couple times and then again with /r. I ran sfc /scannow several times. I am attaching the message I get when I try to download CCleaner. BTW, I use Eset as my main anti-virus and I also use Advanced System Care. I have the paid version of Malwarebytes.
