Certain Websites Timeout At Local IP On One Computer, All Browsers

So I'm completely baffled. Certain websites, including GitHub of all things, time out when I try to access them. I recently got a new router, so I guess that could be it? But I have no idea how. The weird part is when I try to ping or tracert one of those websites.
(Keep in mind 192.168.1.30 is my local ip address)

Pinging github.com [192.30.252.130] with 32 bytes of data:

and the tracert:

Tracing route to github.com [192.30.252.131]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 Michael-Desktop [192.168.1.30] reports: Destination host unreachable.

Trace complete.

Again, it's just a few websites, just one this one computer, and on all browsers. They do work through proxies however.

Also I have disabled both my router firewall, my Windows firewall, and I do not have any antivirus installed or enabled.

Any help with this would be much appreciated, because I have no idea anymore.

Hello,

Might be helpful to update your router's firmware to the latest.

Another thing that might work is using Public IPs - e.g. Google DNS.

Already updated my router's firmware, and I tried using other DNS servers too.

All 192.*.*.* ip addresses you try on the internet gave problems?

Why are you using a static ip address? Is that on purpose? Normally you only do it on servers... ftp server, mail servers or webservers for example.

But why has the wireless adapter a static tcp/ip address?

Did you enter 75.75.75.75 and 75.75.76.76 as DNS manually?

YOU JUST HELPED ME FIGURE IT OUT

I don't know why, but for some reason my computer must have been assuming that anything starting with 192 was an internal IP, so I had my router assign based on 10.0.0.* instead, and that fixed the entire problem. You win the Internet friend. Thank you very much.
