wrong title **EDIT OF TITLE** Windows keep crashing when i try to reboot it
Alright, so beginning im 13 yr old with no computer experience. If you could help me do it step by step
. Im on my fathers laptop (it has some stuff he has in it) and i don't wanna lose it. I was skyping + Playing games the other day and then my game crashed. I clicked ALT + CTRL + DEL twice for no reason and it just crashes. I mean im still on a skype call with my friend but its just blue normal windows background.. I just clicked the power on / off button to reboot it then it wont work. As from now im trying the Startup Repair (recommended) but its taking forever! Should i just wait? I clicked cancel once and im trying this method to atleast open the computer and just copy all the files
