Solved My Windows Installer Service is missing. How do I get it back?

My Windows Installer Service is missing. How do I get it back? I'm unable to install any programs or open my Outlook due to the missing install service.

Can anyone help me on fixing this issue?

You could also try running a System File Checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan at least three times and reboot your computer after each scan.

Fixed It!!!

I had actually already done the scan and everything. Right after I posted the thread, I ran across this site and it fixed it immediately!
