Computer Reboots randomly, mouse and keyboard stop working on startup

Ok, so I've I thought this problem was ultimately isolated to just opening photoshop: but now it just does it with any program period. How it works is my computer randomly reboots and when it starts back up again the mouse, keyboard, and sometimes monitor are not working. I recently installed new RAM, a nvidia gtx 760 graphics card and a new power supply.

I've tried everything, sfc/scannow, disabling the automatic restart on a fatal error: but it does it anyways, reinstalling/updating the drivers, checking the temperature, air dusting it out, ect: everything short of tactical nuclear weaponry, but this problem just wont take a hint.

Any help would be much appreciated: I'm nearing a deadline and this problem its starting to be a thorn in my side

Edit: now my computer just froze and shut down

Edit: my computer has now bluescreened, it listed no error code but I got a line of text reading 0x0000007F

Its says the crash was caused by: ntoskrnl.exe

I haVE not, I lost the installation disk and I would fear if I did that I would lose all the licences for my various programs

Alright, so I read some more online forums and a few of them said to replace the keyboard. I'm using a backup keyboard right now: if the problem persists I will run a reinstall of windows 7.

Ok, so sadly my computer has rebooted randomly once again: I was forced to re-install windows 7 and I must re-install all my programs. I don't know if it solved all the problems, but in the event it doesn't what would be the next thing I do?

I actually got new RAM about 2 months ago: so I think i'm fine there, I have a Nvidia GTX 760 that is also relatively new: so I think i'll run the third test, unless it is a necessity to run all 3

Edit: if the last test is to test my hard drive memory my old hardrive died and was replaced under warranty 3 months ago. I still have all 3 ready if you want me to proceed

Computer still rebooted despite windows 7 re-install, running driver versifier now

Edit: I also got a blue screen error saying "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area"

Blue screen view says it the cause is ntoskrnl.exe, I'm beginning to feel your suspicion that it is my motherboard

Well, it blue screened before I started up driver verfier: but I did get another blue screen afterwards with no error code.
