Hi. I just got a WD My book 3T external drive today. I tried to use windows backup to make a system image but got device error 0x8007045D. I installed their smartware program, but after looking around the forum it sounds like it's not a good choice for backing up my files?
I could use some advice for what to do next.
What other info do I need to post about the problem?
