Bought Far Cry 4 Limited Edition from UbiShop.

How much? Ps4 had it on a sale for $35, unfortunately I could not decide if I liked the game or not from reviews or videos so I did not buy it, then after the sale ended I regretted it

Hey Wishmaster what did you think about Dragon Age: Inquisition? I thought it was a pretty looking game but the main quest was way too short. If it wasn't for the fetch and get side quests, this would have been one heck of a short game. Heck, even with the fetch and get quests, it still seemed short.

I also though the "final boss" fight was rather easy. Heck I had tougher dragon fights than that ending.

Overall beautiful looking game (I played under AMD's Mantle, as opposed to DX11), but I was a bit disappointed in the content of the game.

I liked it. It doesn't have the replay value of something like Skyrim though. I did spend a lot of time grinding. I also did pretty much all of the sidequests, which really extends the game time, but does get tedious, especially if you collect everything.

If you really want it to be pretty, slap on SweetFX. It does a lot for that game.

The differences between the branching points is very minor. I tried both on most of them, and there really isn't a lot of difference in the overall plot. You're better off just playing the game once and reloading saves to see both sides. The Mage's quests are more interesting overall, but only by a little.

I'd have to agree with you pretty much on everything there.
I actually had more trouble with a couple rifts earlier in the game than the main boss.

And the fetch quests got a bit old for me.

Still, I liked it quite a bit regardless, and it would still be on my list of "Games you should play". As I feel it was certainly something worth spending all the time in. At least it was for me.
It may not make it to the "You MUST Play" list though.


Very pretty game though no doubt. I played on the PS4 and it was very pretty. Im sure the PC version looks even nicer.

Thanks Jessie, and I agree with the rifts, though pretty much like everything else in the game you need to make sure you're at the right level before tackling certain enemies or areas. It seemed certain areas were harder than others. For example the Hinterlands was very easy in dealing with enemies, while Emprise Du Lion seemed to be the hardest in dealing with enemies.

That said, the final boss fight seemed a let down by then, but I suppose that depends on your level because by the time I reached it, I was a level 24 rogue with full double blade and assassin skills.

At any rate we both agree on the game; thanks.

Have you tried Nighmare difficulty or whatever its called? Maybe it would be different. I need to run through it again on the hardest setting and see if theres a challenge at the end.

I bought the Promo code from a guy on another local gaming forum which he got from Amazon that comes with Samsung 840 Evo SSD's and guess what I bought it for $18 only :shock:

Have you tried Nighmare difficulty or whatever its called? Maybe it would be different. I need to run through it again on the hardest setting and see if theres a challenge at the end.

Not tried the hardest mode. Not sure I want to as my patience with gaming is starting to wear thin now. In fact I'm finding that I'm becoming a bit bored with gaming now.

Perhaps I need something fresh and right now I don't see anything out there for me. To be honest DA:I sort of bored me as well.

Anyway thanks.

I get like that too.
Ill go for awhile gaming and just get bored of games all together. Then for a week or 2 I'll just read like crazy till Im bored of books or nothing peaks my interest then on to something else.

bought Oddworld New 'n Tasty via Steam..
- really nice looking platform scroller..
..keyboard controls aren't so easy, but it runs sort of ok with a controller..

- while I was on Steam, I also got the new city-builder sim "Skyline" for my son..
..deluxe edition as well.. seems it's keeping him busy for now..
- at least he's been very engrossed in it since he installed it..

Anyway I was going to pull the string on Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Premium Edition when it was on sale for $37 bucks on Steam last week but decided to let it go. Looks like I'm going to take that gaming break.

I forgot how much fun Ubisoft games can be when they're properly optimized.

Also about halfway through Far Cry 3 and 1/4 of the way through Dying Light.

Call of Duty 4, Modern Warfare 2 and World at War are my favorites, I wish they would remake them for PS4.

Disliked Ghosts, and Advanced warfare but black ops 1+2 were good.
