As a note, I've disabled the intel graphics driver and notice my laptop has not freeze yet. Thus i believe it is like what you say, the intel graphic outdated driver is the cause.

When you have finished the installation, you could try this tool: Intel® Driver Update Utility

Download the tool and run it, it detects your Intel hardware and finds the more recent drivers for you. I have successfully used it when the Intel HD onboard GPU was causing issues.

Your PC might be and according to your MS Info file really is a 64 bit computer, however as shown in your screenshot you are testing the ISO on QEMU emulator which as far as I know is 32 bit. When using the ISO on an emulator or a virtual machine, the hardware the ISO sees is the virtual, emulated hardware of the emulator, not that of your host PC.

If you want to test the ISO, you could for instance attach it as a virtual DVD to your system using any third party virtual CD/DVD software. I prefer Gizmo, other geeks might recommend another virtual drive software.

For all the time I was thinking that it is a physical PC under discussion.

Most probably the Virtual PCs does take the display drivers from guest additions, is not it? Does QEMU do it differently?

Hi Tyrhung.

A little clarification is needed, IMHO, before you proceed. Your post #24 gives a fair vision that you are running a QEMU guest. Are we talking about a Guest OS installation over all the thread?

Make it clear. Because it is the most vital information here at this point.

One minute .... does it mean you burnt a DVD and tested it in QEMU before you work on the physical computer? If so, As Kari stated, QEMU will not load a 64 bit OS.

And, why UltraISO? Dont call more troubles for you. Simply use Rufus.

From there i go through the long list of steps.
At step 1, i have to download the win7 iso, and verifying if the iso downloaded does not contain any other stuff.

As i need to burn to a usb which i followed from this paragraph

Yes i burnt to a usb drive and test if the burnt product is faulty.
My plan is still to do a clean reinstall.

Now, QEMU handles only 32 bit things, so it rightly threw the cx000035a status code for a 64 bit installer. If the health of the burnt ISO is inferred on it, that will be a wrong inference.

Try Rufus to make a bootable USB, or any Disc Image burner like CDBurnerXP to make a bootable DVD, do a clean reinstall.

The clean install is necessary because it will tell us whether the manufacturer's customization is at OS level or at BIOS level.

So i believe my next step will be to remake a new bootable usb using rufus program then to clean reinstall.

I am worried about the drivers not working after the clean reinstall and i cant turn back.

For creating the bootable to usb, I've selected MBR partition scheme due to my bios shown in msinfo32 and disk management not UEFI. I will proceed to clean reinstall tonight and post on results and error if any.

It seems that my laptop is fine now.

Hasn't encountered the freeze and buzzing and the intel graphics updated year 2013 instead of previous 2010.
