So, I recently had an issue in which my tower got in an endless loop of getting to the windows logo, then restarting as soon as that was displayed. This started occurring after I installed my new second hard drive, but the problem isn't in the hard drive. I tested it today without the new one and without the old one, and the same results came about. On the off chance that it does actually boot up, it almost always freezes within 5 minutes. What should I do? I've already tried isolating hard drives and installing Windows on them both individually. If I go to the screen where I would fix my launch settings, it blue screens.
