Welcome to the Forums.

After you let it sit for some time it boots again and runs for the 30 to 40 minutes and back to the same problem?

If so it sounds like a hardware issue. I had similar things happen when I installed a discount network card in my desktop machine. It would boot fine and run perfectly for about 20 minutes. Then it would lock solid. I had to kill the power to shut it down. I replaced the network card with a different model. The problem went away immediately.

That's just an example. You could try booting into Safe Mode with no network support. If the PC stays running then you know it is some hardware not used in safe mode that is the problem. It is more or less a process of elimination. Have you added new hardware recently?

But why I get this message "boot MGR is corrupt"

It sees it as corrupt because the checksum does not calculate. I don't even know what they use these days if it is still CRC32. But when the disk reads the file it calculates the checksum and compares it with what is stored in the file system. If it doesn't jibe it prints out the alert.

So it seems like the disk reads fine when the machine is cold.

If you just changed the PSU there's a good chance that is the prob. The HDD may not be getting proper power.
