Frozen windows after start for about 15minutes, please help.

i can't figure what software freeze my windows7 32bit after start.
not every time and usually when pc is switched off for longer time (2-3h) after start i have only about 15sec to click anything (example to click record to etl file) after that 15sec my system is frozen for 15minutes

during that time i can move mouse and i see screen light down after setup time (i set 5min to LCD light calm). I see clock in right lower corner is frozen too. During freeze time hdd stops blink after about 5min.

After this 15min of frozen system auto run all moves and clicks and software lunch which i made in freeze period

I remove avast, and switch OFF in manager bluetooth, finger sensor, dialup modem and hp quick lunch buttons but with those devices ON freeze was also in past.

not every restarts and powerON execute that freeze so when system was OK I made 1:1 system copy on another HDD, and when i have freeze i press long powerON button to execute OFF for pc and then i can powerON my pc from this copy or i can powerON from linux live pen/cd so physical hdd or mainboard damage i think is not possible.

Reinstall windows will help but one of my software or drivers will mess again but as i wrote not every restarts execute tat freeze so I will not be able to find which program messed up, i need to find it before.
I attached etl file what was recorded 4sek before freeze and saved after system back to work after 15min, and two files from FRST scan but I;m sure there is no virus ( i don't play games, don't install stuff)

I made CLEAN Startup but even with only microsoft system drivers "ON" i get freeze after 15sec.

Does it lock in Safe Mode?

Bios in such hp laptops like mine don't allow to change ram timings or volts.
Yes I load defaults settings but freeze still exist.
Safe mode is ok as I wrote before I can use safe mode no freeze.
I dont have other accounts only admin but I will create guest account and test while again i will get freeze.

i have ETL file where is logged everything from start ->freeze -> unfreeze periods, attach it ?

Load Bios defaul - didn't fix
Safe Mode works ok, i can do everythink in safe mode even when normal mode is frozen (reboot ot safe mode after powerON pressed)
I created new user account in safe mode than i restart pc after login to new account it didn't finished loading new account setup and freeze

sfc /scannow didn't show any problems

Yes, as i told before i made clean startup with disabled ALL programs even with microsoft tools, only two microsoft services which are necessary to lunch windows were ON rest was OFF and freeze was present too (after about 10-15sec after desktop were showed)

Does your Security software get disabled with msconfig? I know mine doesn't and default to enable even though I disable it. It is a safety feature. I am not saying it is the problem though, mind you.

Can you find anything in Event Viewer right before the freezes happen?

i uninstall Avast and disabled ms essential after reboot freeze were still present for 15 minutes
event manager display only info about :

DNS Client Events: error while read local hosts file.

but my hosts file is same as stored at microsoft web site

event log stop logging at freeze start point and de frozen after 15 minutes

Hmm, check security permissions for hosts file (windows\system32\drivers\etc\) - Admins and System Full Control - Users read, read & execute
Also open it and see if there are any entries not-commented out.

file is "archive" with full control for this:
System,
admin (my account with admin rights), a
administrator (internal windows admin accont, but it's disabled)

there is no more users, even guest is disabled

In that page admins and System should be Full Control and Users Read + read & Execute

Would you mind starting in "Safe Mode with Networking", maybe we can observe the freeze there too if it is Internet services related.

if i have got freeze in normal mode i can hold powerON to push PC goes OFF
then enter in safe mode with networking and work without problems even for hours then after i reboot again to normal mode i have to wait same 15minutes until system unfreeze itself.

It's very very strange for me, like virus but system is 100% clean. I'm sure it's driver or KB update or NET or something else problem which case such 15minutes break. Before 2years it was about 6minutes now it's 15.
I can reinstall all system but i;m sure i will again install same software and one of them case such freeze.

Did it always freeze like this? It shouldn't be doing that, ever. Only during the very first moments of desktop perhaps - since many things try to start at the same time, even that wouldn't be a freeze but just slow responding. But still a total freeze is not normal, even for 6 minutes.

You already have an image of your HDD right? Perhaps try a repair install - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html (it will reset Windows Updates and device drivers) and see if it is fixed, you can restore the image if it doesn't help
