So slow start... for about 20min

Hi,
I have a big problem with my computer.
After clear install of W7, 7100 on P IV 3.2GHz, DDR 2GB, SATA 320GB + IDE 80GB, IDE DVD-RAM, problem maybe with Radeon 7500, I am going to buy new graphics maybe.

But after start it freezes on Starting Windows screen for about 20min and then it starts "normal" way. I can work on it without problem, it goes fine.

Where is a problem. Can somebody help me?

It would be helpful if you post your computer model with specs and the way you installed win 7 and which version 32 or 64 bit, how you acquired win 7, dual booting? any startup softwares?
